A revolutionary base coating for skis and snowboards, Soul were tasked with a brand analysis and audit, storytelling and help in promoting this groundbreaking product. An evolution of their identity, a language, a creative look and campaign line were created to support the SNOcoat company vision.
After an exploratory session and consultation process with the client we were able to create a solid platform for our design process to take action. Our pillars were; Simplicity, Dynamism, Progressiveness and an Understanding of the SNOcoat product. This would allow us to cement the positioning as well as giving them a confident brand identity as an established organisation that customers and ambassadors could rely on.
To keep the connection with a Scottish product mountain ranges were chosen to reflect the differing sizes of product amount for the bottled product. Each mountain range relates to the size of the bottle, from small to the largest.
With such a distinct brand there was an opportunity to expand to branded merchandise. The snow sports culture has always integrated themselves into fashion. On piste and off opportunities, from hats, jackets, cleaning equipment, stickers, all touch points had an opportunity to be house the brand.
