SAC Consulting “Roots for Growth Academy” is an internal training and development programme.
Consisting of three modules, Influence, Build and Impact, it has been created with a strong emphasis on developing the growth, togetherness and behaviour of SAC Consulting employees.

People, knowledge exchange and learning are at the heart of the training program. Working in conjunction with external partners, the aim is to develop strong leaders, facilitate changes and deliver real results for individuals within the organisation.

Soul developed a graphic mark and system that was flexible, expressive and allows integration with estate structures and design guides. The visual identity was distilled into an expression of community, skills and personal development.
